Being a trusted support to her team is something she values deeply — especially knowing this project has restored hope and confidence for those who once felt they had no second chance. Through teamwork, encouragement, and shared effort, Nomthandazo continues to help create real results — and looks forward to seeing businesses succeed, teams grow, and lives improve.
Farm Nearby is one of our impactful projects at Use It Waste Beneficiation (RF) NPC. In partnership with Elangeni College, we provide ECD Practitioners with on-site, practical training in organic farming and composting. By turning waste into opportunity, we’re equipping future educators with sustainable skills that benefit both communities and the environment.
